Empire Grain Stevedoring Ltd. is committed to working in cooperation with the ILWU and our stakeholders to ensure a safe and healthy workplace.

Thorough the work of our Joint Health and Safety Committee, Empire Grain Stevedoring Ltd. maintains a health and safety program with the objective of continuously identifying and reducing workplace hazards.  The Joint Health and Safety Committee meet throughout the year and is also responsible for the development and implementation of our Hazard Prevention Program and the development of company policies and procedures.
